Lake Sakakawea l Lifestyle Shoot l Gaube

okay.. maybe this may sound weird coming from a "photographer," but I sometimes get so confused on the name of a "lifestyle" shoot. I understand the idea of letting them be them, and bringing out the fun not so traditional portraits of your clients. Maybe its just my style, but I usually try to incorporate of little bit of each of that anyways when I shoot??? But... I do have to say... If I had to say I had a book cover "lifestyle" shoot, this one gave me all the feelers. This little gem was a just a few days old. A while back we came up with the idea of going to their new home for baby pictures. Boy... it was perfect!!! It felt just easy and right to be where this little nugget just newly got to call home (like less than 2 days prior new:). When mom and grandma both said, I haven't even heard her "cry" yet..I melted. So maybe I drug this into a debate about lifestyle shoots, but whatever this was, it was great!!! Thanks for sharing your new little piece of your life with me Gaubes!!! She's one lucky little girl!!!
